MMCC Playground Renewal Challenge
“Play is the work of the child.”
The McCormick Montessori Child Care Center is committed to early childhood development, fostering self-independence, problem solving skills and respect for others. We are thrilled to announce that we are building a new, safer playground to enhance the learning environment for the children.
Playground design
The goal is to completely replace the existing, deteriorating playground structure and transform the space into a beautiful play environment for our children. The new playground features:
Durable cushioned playground surface that is safe, eco-friendly and hygienic.
Age-appropriate playground equipment to encourage motor skills, cognitive skills and sensory development.
New outdoor play area and equipment for infants and toddlers.
New fence enclosure

Thank you to our donors whose generous gifts helped make this possible. Funds were raised through a challenge grant from the Swedish Covenant Hospital Foundation.
