Gregory Brown

Greg joined Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) as Divisional Senior Vice President within the Service Delivery Operations division in 2015. Greg has the responsibility for providing operational leadership for the Consumer Solutions Market line of business and the Operations Solutions organization. His accountabilities include building core operational capabilities and designing the voice of the customer strategy for 15 million members.

Greg joined HCSC from The Hartford Financial Services where he served in numerous leadership roles including Vice President Personal Lines Operations, Vice President Personal Lines Strategy, Vice President Small Commercial Operations, Senior Vice President Property & Casualty Operations and Senior Vice President Enterprise Operations.

Prior to joining The Hartford, Greg worked for GE Capital where he participated in GE’s leadership development program and is certified as a Six Sigma black belt and master black belt.

Greg earned his B.B.A. in Marketing from The University of Texas and his M.B.A. from Boston University. He previously served on the board of directors for The Chicago Children’s Theatre and The American Red Cross of Connecticut.
